Venerable A Vineetha Thero, Establishes Meditation Center in Sri Lanka's Kandy District

Renowned spiritual leader Venerable A Vineetha Thero  has recently established a meditation center in the Kandy District, Sri Lanka. The meditation center, called Dam Nada Arana, is located in Uda Peradeniya and is aimed at providing an environment of peace and tranquility to all those seeking a respite from the stress of modern life.

The center boasts a serene and scenic location, surrounded by lush greenery and located in close proximity to a natural water channel. The facility has been purpose-built to ensure that the environment fosters a sense of calm and relaxation. The center is also equipped with all the necessary amenities required to ensure a comfortable stay for those seeking to meditate.

The main concept behind the meditation center is to help people find inner peace through the practice of mindfulness and meditation techniques. Venerable Vineetha Thero has employed a team of experienced meditation teachers who specialize in various techniques including Vipassana, Zen and Transcendental Meditation.

The center is open to people of all ages and backgrounds, and offers comfortable accommodation for those seeking to stay longer periods. Visitors can choose from a range of programs and retreats, depending on their individual needs and aspirations. The aim of the retreat is to create a conducive environment for deepening one's meditation practice, developing mindfulness, and achieving spiritual growth.

Venerable Vineetha Thero, who has been practicing and teaching meditation for over two decades, expressed his joy and satisfaction in the opening of the center. He stated that it has always been his dream to establish a meditation center that can be accessible to anyone who wants to learn and practice meditation in an authentic and serene environment. He further added that he hopes the center will help more people find inner peace and joy in their lives.

The establishment of the Dam Nada Arana Meditation Center is undoubtedly a positive step towards addressing the growing need for such facilities in the country. It is a sign of hope that there are still people like Venerable Vineetha Thero who are committed to creating a better world through the teachings of mindfulness and spirituality.
